The Chef’s Table is now available for private dining at the Summit Lodge

 

Enjoy a four course meal designed and presented by Chef Stephen Hatch tailored to your personal tastes in our private dining room.

Recommended wines and beverages will be served by your exclusive butler who will be taking care of you and your party for the evening.

Our Chef’s table can host up to eighteen people, requires a minimum of ten and is ideal for parties, family gatherings, or just getting together with friends. Two days notice is required for bookings.

$500.00 plus tax and gratuity for the minimum ten guests and an additional $50 per person up to the maximum of eighteen guests.
