Written Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival will be credited a deposit refund less a $25 processing fee. Cancellations 14 – 8 days prior to arrival will have the deposit credited in full towards a future stay that will be valid for two years from the date of cancellation. No refund for reservations cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival.

Written Deposit Policy

A deposit of one night’s lodging plus tax is due at time of booking.

Check In & Check Out

Check-in begins at 2pm. Early check-in requests are possible but are never guaranteed. Check-out time is 11 a.m. Please return keys to the front desk and settle your bill by 11 a.m.

LODGING POLICIES – Guest is responsible for all nights reserved regardless of late arrival or early departure. We make every effort to accommodate requests for specific bedding or views, but cannot guarantee them. The number of guests is not to exceed the number shown on this confirmation. If this number is exceeded, additional charges will apply.

The Summit Lodge is an entirely non-smoking facility including guest rooms, balconies and terraces.

Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas outside.

We regret that we cannot accept pets or allow pets on the premises.

Our quiet hours begin at 10 p.m. and end between 7 and 8 a.m.  Please be considerate of other guests during these hours and keep noise to a minimum including TV volume.

A credit card authorization is required at check-in.  Payment for your balance, including charges billed to your room, is due upon check out.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for authorization and payment.  You may also pay the balance with cash at check out.  Personal checks are not accepted.
